We adopted the traditional brewing method of German Lager and its principle with adjusted the malts and hops used to create this Lager beer.
Rice is a staple food of Asia, we added rice into the mash for its fragrance and sweet note. It is with lower bitterness, balanced sweetness extracted from the malts and rice, a clean refreshing body that is enjoyable to drink in Asia with its climate.
Flavour: A light hint of rice like Japanese Sake on the nose, A little more subdued Hops profile to balance with the malts, clean crisp and refreshing.
ABV: 4.2 Hops Profile: Low
Flavour: Slightly maltier than the Pilsner, A little more subdued Hops profile.
